Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Memoria (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Memoria is an AI voice companion platform that enables family members to clone their voice, configure a profile for an elderly relative, and schedule automated daily phone calls. The AI agent speaks with the cloned voice and provides post-call reports to the family.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to consent on behalf of the elderly person receiving calls.
4. Voice Cloning Consent
You confirm that you are the owner of the voice being cloned or have obtained explicit consent from the voice owner. Memoria uses voice data solely to generate AI calls for the configured profile and does not share voice data with third parties.
5. AI Transparency
The AI agent will always identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of each call. It will never impersonate a real person or claim to be the voice owner. If asked directly, it will confirm it is an AI.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate profile information, and ensuring the elderly person is comfortable receiving automated calls.
7. Limitation of Liability
Memoria is not a medical service. Emotional analysis and medication reminders are informational only and do not replace professional medical advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated reports.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all voice data, profiles, and call history will be permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
