Account data: name, email address, and profile photo via Google OAuth sign-in.

Voice data: audio recordings you provide for voice cloning, stored securely and used solely to generate AI calls.

Profile data: information about the elderly person (name, medications, hobbies, family members, schedule preferences).

Call data: transcripts, emotional analysis scores, medication adherence reports, and call metadata (duration, time).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Clone your voice and power AI phone calls
  • Generate post-call reports and emotional analysis
  • Send alerts when concerning patterns are detected
  • Improve the quality of AI conversations over time

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for operating the Service:

  • ElevenLabs — voice cloning and AI agent hosting
  • Twilio — phone call delivery
  • OpenAI — transcript analysis
  • Prisma / PostgreSQL — database storage

4. Voice Data

Voice recordings are encrypted at rest and in transit. Cloned voice models are tied to your account and cannot be accessed by other users. You may delete your voice data at any time from your profile settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, voice recordings, and call history are permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, HTTP-only session cookies, CSRF protection, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your call transcripts and reports

8. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
